Homemade Chili from Scratch!

Chili has to be one of my favourite go-to meals. It’s quick to prepare and most ingredients can be found in my pantry or freezer. Another bonus is that I can cook extra (hello batch cooking!) and freeze for a meal down the road. You’ll be seeing this concept a lot here; we are both avid batch cookers and heavily rely on our supply of homemade freezer meals to get us through busy work weeks!

This is a pretty basic vegetarian chili recipe. I wanted to demonstrate just how easy it can be to prepare and (best of all) enjoy! Chili is a versatile dish; feel free to add your favourite ingredients to make it your own.

I have been having (a little too much) fun creating this short video! I wanted to capture just how quick and easy scratch cooking can be. Let me know what you think!
